It takes a village to help every child thrive.

Working alongside families, communities and services in Tameside to strengthen the support around every child.

We help to facilitate opportunities and address inequalities.

By acting as a bridge between local people, key services and other organisations, we help to identify the inherent roadblocks to a child reaching their full potential.  This allows us to inform policy, foster collaboration and support in the design of local services.

Through working in and with communities, we strive to make them a truly great place to grow up by tackling poverty at its roots and through every stage of development.

What We Do

Why This Matters

Too many children grow up facing challenges that can limit their potential.

Too often, support feels disconnected, difficult to navigate, or shaped around services rather than families. But when people feel connected, communities are strong and support works together, children have a better chance in life.

Impact Snapshot

We’re starting to see real changes for children, families and the wider community.

Families feel more connected and supported, more people are getting involved locally, and organisations are working more closely together around children
